Is my PDF uploaded anywhere?

No. The file is opened and split entirely in your browser using JavaScript. It never leaves your device and is not stored on any server.

How do I select the pages I want?

Click the page thumbnails to toggle them, or type ranges such as 1-3, 5, 8-10 in the text box. The two stay in sync in Extract mode.

What is the difference between the three modes?

Extract pages makes one new PDF from the pages you pick. Split by ranges creates a separate PDF for each range you list and zips them. Every page saves each page as its own file in a ZIP.

Why is my download a ZIP file?

When a mode produces more than one PDF, the files are bundled into a single ZIP so you can download them all at once. Extracting into one PDF downloads a normal .pdf file.

Does it work on iPhone and Android?

Yes. The tool is fully responsive and works in modern mobile browsers like Safari and Chrome.
